Indulge in a curated multi-course menu inspired by Alpine culinary traditions, featuring locally sourced ingredients and artisanal holiday flavors designed by our executive chef.
Mountain Music
The ballroom will be filled with the sounds of a live acoustic quartet, performing editorial-inspired arrangements of classic carols and contemporary mountain melodies under the stars.
Atmosphere
The Brown Bear Lodge transforms into a sanctuary of elegance. Expect artisanal Christmas trees, warm candlelight, and an atmosphere designed for deep connection and legacy celebrations.
Merry Mischief
Step into our indoor winter wonderland! The kids (and kids at heart) can play in the Snow Pit or grab a seat with the family to frost and decorate a sweet treat at our Gingerbread Village.
A Taste of Home
There is nothing better than eating together! We’re serving up a warm spread of holiday comfort foods and traditional Panamanian favorites. Adults, meet us at the bar for signature cocktails and custom lodge shot-skis!

What to Wear
Evening Guests: Keep it cozy! We’d love for you to wear your favorite warm, festive "Lodge Wear."
Overnight Family & Breakfast Guests: Matching Pajamas! We are coordinating matching family pajamas for our immediate family for Christmas morning. If you are joining us for breakfast, feel free to join the fun—we’d love to have you in matching sets, too! (I'm still hunting down the perfect sets, so check back here soon—I'll drop the links as soon as I pick them out!)
Where to Stay
For our immediate family staying overnight, we have reserved a special block of rooms just for us at the Ayres Hotel Rialto.
